Processing Time

Because every portrait is custom-made from your photo, orders take 2-5 business days to produce before they ship. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery times below are estimates starting from when your order ships (after production).

Total time from order to delivery is typically 7-10 business days for the US and 7-25 business days internationally.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package in real time.

Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your country's customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no updates for an extended period, or your package appears lost, please contact us at support@foreverpaws.co within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package, or reship your order at no extra cost.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address. Reshipment costs may apply.
