Refund Policy
At Forever Paws, every portrait is custom-made to order using print-on-demand fulfillment. Because each piece is created specifically for you, our refund policy follows the guidelines below.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
- A description of the problem
We will either reprint and reship your order at no extra cost, or issue a full refund - whichever you prefer.
Lost in Transit
If your package has not arrived and tracking shows it is lost, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will reship your order or issue a full refund.
Wrong Address
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we will reship it once you confirm the correct address. Reshipment costs may apply.
Custom and Personalised Products
Because every portrait is custom-made from your photo, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect photo uploaded by the customer
- Size preference changes after the order has been placed
Digital Files
All orders include a complimentary high-resolution digital file. Digital files are non-refundable once delivered.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@foreverpaws.co with your order number and details. We aim to respond within 24 hours and resolve all claims within 5 business days.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet entered production can be cancelled for a full refund. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
